The landscape of the park comprises 70% of a vast green space to show the beauty of clear blue sky due to this area is crowded with skyscrapers. Information: Located right next to the Chatuchak Market, Chatuchak Park is a haven for health conscious people living in the northern side of Bangkok. There are something for everyone at this park; some may walk or jog along the green tracks line or appreciate the beauty of nature in the Thai Literature and Herb Garden.

Others prefer to look at the fish from the bridges over the pond, or to row a boat on a pond. Recently, the old railroad golf course adjacent to the park's north end was turned into a public park too, with many tennis courts and soccer fields available for anyone to use. While you're there, make sure not to miss the Train Museum and Youth Traffic Garden.

Information: Lumpini Park is located in the heart of Bangkok,at the junction of Rama IV and Ratchadamri roads. It has an area of 140-acre (0.57 sq.km). The park has an artificial lake where visitors can rent boats. A track around the lake is a popular area for bicycling. In front of the park is the monument of King Rama VI, built in 1941.

Information: The landmark of Nong Chok Park is the rush rows of Ficus trees, which are outstanding with their beautiful shape. inside this park, clearly pond with colorful lotus and various fish are ptrsented. Information: Like the name suggests, this park is a tribute to Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of her 50th Birthday Anniversary on 12 August 1992. Attractive features include a Botanical Garden, the Lotus and Water Lily Yard and the Children's Discovery Museum.

Forest Park is another attractive feature of this park in order to be in harmonious with the nearby park : the Rotfai Park and Chatuchak Discovery Garden" where the vast park area will be most valuable to tha urban environment. Queen Sirikit   Park presents the concept of a botanical garden.

Information: This park includes two special features, i.e. the place for recretion and exercises for the local residents and the historical site, which show Thai architecture in European style in the reign of King Rama V. Information: Situated at the heart of old Rattanakosin city, Sanam Luang (the Royal Field) has been in existence since the founding of Bangkok (around 200 years ago).

The area was also known as 'Thung Pra Meru' (Royal Cremation Ground), because it was originally used for royal cremations up until the reign of King Rama III, when the king decreed that all cremations be held outside the old city walls.

Information: This park was designed to be a forest park in the middle of the city. The focal point is a fountain installed in the pond. Once inside the park, one will fill entiring the different world. Many trees around the park can produce fresh clean air and acts as an air purifier.

In addition, a recreational activity is regularly provided in the form of the music in the park program. Every evening, this place is for family gathering venue for a picnic and the music. It has become the Music Park, fulfilling the role of Bangkok as the City of Music.

Information: Diagonally opposite of Wat Po and across from the rear of the Grand Palace is an almost forgotten shady oasis known as Saranrom Park. The park makes for an interesting place to rest if you're trying to explore the old royal city beyond the confines of the Grand Palace and Wat Po.

The park was originally part of a palace built by Rama IV in 1866. He planned to use it after he abdicated but he died before it was completed. Rama V gave the palace to his younger brothers, including the crown prince, who stayed there before becoming king. The basic layout of the park today is as it was designed by Rama IV.
