This park was constructed to respond to community needs based on the result of research about the needs of nearby dwellers. The landscape of the park comprises 70% of a vast green space to show the beauty of clear blue sky due to this area is crowded with skyscrapers. In addition, big trees around the park create shady and cool environment. The park renders the atmosphere of serenity, which distinctly contrast with the outside world.

Located right next to the Chatuchak Market, Chatuchak Park is a haven for health conscious people living in the northern side of Bangkok. There are something for everyone at this park; some may walk or jog along the green tracks line or appreciate the beauty of nature in the Thai Literature and Herb Garden.

Others prefer to look at the fish from the bridges over the pond, or to row a boat on a pond. Recently, the old railroad golf course adjacent to the park's north end was turned into a public park too, with many tennis courts and soccer fields available for anyone to use. While you're there, make sure not to miss the Train Museum and Youth Traffic Garden.

Lumpini Park is located in the heart of Bangkok,at the junction of Rama IV and Ratchadamri roads. It has an area of 140-acre (0.57 sq.km). The park has an artificial lake where visitors can rent boats. A track around the lake is a popular area for bicycling. In front of the park is the monument of King Rama VI, built in 1941.

The landmark of Nong Chok Park is the rush rows of Ficus trees, which are outstanding with their beautiful shape. inside this park, clearly pond with colorful lotus and various fish are ptrsented. Park users, espicially children mostly enjoy feeding these lively fish. The shadey pathway invites people to walk or jog. For a rest, many small park shelters are provide and offer occassion to appriciate calmly nature around.
