The Elephant Village has 18 elephants, two males, 16 females and one baby elephant. On arrival at the elephant camp you will meet the elephants. Then you have the chance to buy bunches of bananas and feed elephants. You can watch the elephants taking their daily bath in the stream before beginning to demonstrate logging techniques used in the jungle. You will be surprised by their strength and clever team work.

This hill is found 1.5km to the west of Hua Hin. A trip up the steep road to the top provides a scenic view of the town, beach, Gulf of Thailand and the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course. There is a small park on the hilltop with trails leading to the various viewpoints.

One of the most popular areas around Hua Hin is Khao Takiab. The twin hills of Khao Takiab (Chopstick Hills) are visible to the south down the beach from Hua Hin and one can also make out the 20 meter tall Buddha image at the base of the hills. Built as a summer palace by King Rajakhipok (Rama VII) for his Queen Rambai Barni, Wang Klai Kangwon, remains the home of HM King Bhumipol, HM Queen Sirikit when in Prachuab Kiri Khan and neighbouring provinces. Now long after this royal seaside retreat became popularised among commoners, it's open to the public when royalty's not in residence.
