Information: Suan Nong Nooch is about 15 kilometers from South Pattaya.

The entire area of some 500 acres is beautifully landscaped, with orchid nursery and other botanical gardens.It is a Thai village style with recreation - vacation park. there are also cultural and traditional performances and an elephant show.

The famous "Cultural Extravaganza" is presented three times a day at 10.15 a.m., 2.00 and 3.45 p.m. Witness the pomp and splendour of Thai tradition and ceremonies, graceful dances from all over the country, sword fighting, Thai kick-boxing, and much more, featuring hundreds of multi-talented performers in a fascinating one and- a- half hour show.

Information: Well maintained tropical gardens and well stocked fishing ponds are featured at this park a few kms inland from Pattaya Beach. Anglers can rent fishing tackle, and there are bike paths and jogging trails as well as a mini golf course and restaurant. Lodging is available but limited to bungalows and tents. Small boats and paddle boats can be rented for those so inclined.

Information: On the top of Pratamnak hill, between South Pattaya and Jomtien beach, Pattaya's got its very own golden Buddha statue. The next hill just across Pratamnak Road has the best viewpoint over Pattaya Bay and Koh Larn and is a favourite spot for hobby photographers.

Information: Built by his six children in memory of Kiarti Srifuengfung, a successful Chinese-Thai businessman, this beautiful and peaceful park highlights various aspects of Buddhism, Thai and Chinese culture and philosophy. It also contains 56 episodes of his favourite Chinese epic, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, in a huge continuous mural of hand-painted tiles stretching around the park.

Stroll around the manicured gardens, admire the exquisitely painted epic tale and visit the three elegant Chinese pagodas containing works of art, sculptures, Buddha relics, statues of Guan Yin and Guan Yu, plus figures depicting the characters of the Three Kingdoms.
